1) Information We Collect

Miqat does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number), and does not collect sensitive data (such as precise location history, contacts, photos, or health data).

2) Location Permission (While Using the App)

Miqat may request access to your location while the app is in use to calculate accurate prayer times. Location access is:

• Optional — you can use Miqat without granting location permission
• Limited to “While Using the App”
• Processed locally on your device
• Not stored by Miqat and not transmitted to any servers

If you choose not to allow location access, you can manually select a city. Manual city selection does not require location permission.

3) Data Sharing

Miqat does not share data with third parties because it does not collect data.

4) Third-Party Services

Miqat does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

5) Purchases (If Added Later)

If Miqat adds premium features in the future, purchases will be handled exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Miqat does not receive payment card details.

6) Data Retention

Miqat does not retain personal data on its servers. Any settings you choose are stored locally on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.

7) Security

Miqat minimizes data exposure by not collecting personal data. If you contact support by email, your email provider may process the message according to their policies.

8) Children’s Privacy

Miqat does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9) Your Rights & Choices

• You can enable or disable location access anytime in iOS Settings.
• You can use manual city selection without enabling location.
• You can delete the app to remove locally stored settings.

10) International Users

Miqat is available worldwide. Because no personal data is collected, there is no cross-border transfer of user data by Miqat.

11) Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the app evolves. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

1) البيانات التي نجمعها

لا يقوم تطبيق ميقات بجمع أي معلومات تعريفية أو بيانات حساسة من المستخدمين.

2) إذن الموقع (أثناء استخدام التطبيق)

قد يطلب ميقات الوصول إلى الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة بدقة.

• اختياري
• محدود بخيار “أثناء استخدام التطبيق”
• تتم معالجة الموقع محليًا على جهازك
• لا يتم تخزين الموقع ولا إرساله إلى أي خوادم

يمكن اختيار المدينة يدويًا دون الحاجة إلى تفعيل إذن الموقع.

3) مشاركة البيانات

لا يشارك ميقات أي بيانات مع جهات خارجية.

4) خدمات الطرف الثالث

لا يستخدم ميقات أي أدوات تحليل أو إعلانات أو تتبع.

5) المشتريات (إذا أُضيفت لاحقًا)

في حال إضافة ميزات مدفوعة مستقبلاً، ستتم عمليات الشراء عبر نظام Apple فقط، ولا يحصل ميقات على بيانات الدفع.

6) الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

لا يحتفظ ميقات ببيانات شخصية على خوادمه. يتم حفظ الإعدادات محليًا على جهازك ويمكن حذفها بحذف التطبيق.

7) الأمان

صُمم ميقات لتقليل التعرض للبيانات عبر عدم جمع أي بيانات شخصية. في حال التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني، قد تتم معالجة الرسائل وفق سياسات مزود البريد.

8) خصوصية الأطفال

لا يجمع ميقات أي معلومات شخصية عن الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا.

9) حقوقك وخياراتك

• يمكنك التحكم في إذن الموقع من إعدادات iOS.
• يمكن استخدام اختيار المدينة يدويًا دون الموقع.
• يمكن حذف التطبيق لإزالة البيانات المحلية.

10) المستخدمون الدوليون

يتوفر ميقات عالميًا، ولا يتم نقل أي بيانات مستخدمين عبر الحدود.

11) التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد يتم تحديث هذه السياسة مستقبلًا، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة.
